She was very thorough in evaluating potential properties that I may have an interest in perusing for purchase. Her guidance throughout the home buying process was well received because I knew that her primary interest and concern was in the finding and procurement of the best deal for me. She was super friendly and so honest, that we decided to partner with her as our agent. I previewed houses on Zillow and told Cheryl which houses we were interested in. She always arranged prompt appointments to view homes. While in the homes, she was very respective of the homes, and pointed out things that home buyers may not have noticed. When we found a house, Cheryl negotiated the price we wanted. She was great at walking us through all the steps of a home purchase. Cheryl was a great agent to work with.
